This level requires you to change the flight paths of two soaring carts so that they can safely reach their destined portals. There are many solutions to this problem, and you can see mine below. To summarize, I redirected the flight path of the cart exiting the light blue portal immediately using a high angled wall right in front of the portal.
This sent it straight up, where it landed on a bridge I built in front of the dark blue portal in the top right corner. This room has a ton of anchor points, so support your construction any way you can. I connected it with rails on both sides, then attached cables to everything using the ceiling anchors.For the cart exiting the yellow portal, I placed a ramp in the middle of the room that redirected the cart slightly upwards onto a second ramp that carried it to the red portal. You cannot use a fully solid bridge because you would block the first cart from passing through.
