It depends what kind of video you want. What quality. For 1080p choice of sites is very limited, or afaik, but can help with 1080p. Demi lovato path to fame download. For 720p max one can use or, 2 sites that are pushing their paid software for 1080p downloads, but for 720p they are quite nice, cause of software pushing they do not do ads or popups.
